Parent View
At the beginning of each academic year we hold a ‘Meet the Teacher’ event. This event gives parents & carers the opportunity to come along to a meeting held by their child’s class teacher and find out about the curriculum and learning foci for the year.
During this event parents and carers are given the opportunity to contribute to a ‘Talking Wall’. The idea is for them to write on a sticky note, their opinions on ‘What we do well…’ and ‘Even better if…’
The Headteacher takes all opinions seriously and responds to their queries, where necessary.
Ofsted – Parent View
Ofsted also facilitates ‘Parent View’; an online tool that parents & carers are able to use to pass on their views, whatever they may be.
