Bounds Green School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of Children and Young People. All staff working are expected to share a commitment to this. Adults employed by the school, contractors or volunteers within the school will be expected to report any concerns relating to the safeguarding of children and/or young people in accordance with agreed procedures.

The Pupil Premium is a government grant that targets extra money at pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds.

In June 2020 the government announced £1 billion of funding to support children and young people to catch up on missed learning caused by coronavirus (COVID19). This is especially important for the most vulnerable pupils and pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds who we know have been most affected.
