HOME LEARNING UPDATE / GUIDANCE
We hope you are all well! We are still missing you all very much. The place is just not the same without all our children and families.
We are now welcoming back some of our Year 6 children, Reception and Year 1. As you know we are constantly reviewing procedures based on current developments.
Home Learning for R, Y1 and Y 6 will still be set for those children unfortunately not coming to school. Those coming to school will be told by their class teacher which of the home learning activities they should do at home and when.
Our teachers will continue to respond to HL work, in particular for those not coming to school, however, teachers will not be able to respond to the same level as to date. We would appreciate your understanding and support.
Home Learning for N, Y2, 3, 4 and 5 will continue in the same way. We hope you have been able to access the weekly learning and other suggested activities. Please do contact your child’s class teacher if you need further explanation.
When you visit your class page you will find:
- Weekly home learning instructions from the class teachers
- Learning for PSHE, Spanish and Music
- Please also do scroll down to the ‘blog squares’ for other suggested activities such as Danni’s art website, Kitchen Sink Science, supplementary work packs and more.
These are purely guidelines, so only do what you feel you can and are able to do. We will continue to add suggested sites to the bottom of each class page, which parents can choose to do at home should they wish to. You will find a link to your child’s class at the bottom of this page.
Please do take care. We will continue to update you.
If you have any questions about the home learning please email Liz Luka at firstname.lastname@example.org
Wishing you all well and stay safe.
